ReviewMD LLC (DBA: GoogleReviewMD)
1. Program Description
ReviewMD LLC (DBA: GoogleReviewMD) operates two separate SMS programs that recipients may opt in to independently:
- Transactional / Account SMS: account updates, appointment reminders, customer-care responses, support notifications, and review-request workflow messages.
- Marketing / Promotional SMS: offers, product announcements, promotions, and campaign updates.
You may consent to either, both, or neither. Consent is never required to use our website or to purchase our services.
2. How to Opt In
You can opt in by checking the relevant SMS consent box on our Contact form. The checkboxes are unchecked by default and entirely optional. By checking a consent box and submitting the form, you expressly authorize ReviewMD LLC (DBA: GoogleReviewMD) to send you SMS messages in the program(s) you selected.
3. Sample Messages
Transactional / Account SMS example:
"GoogleReviewMD: Hi [Name], thanks for choosing us! Tap here to leave a quick Google review for [Business]: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."
Marketing / Promotional SMS example:
"GoogleReviewMD: New this month — get 20% off our Local Mapping add-on through [date]. Details: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply."
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the campaigns you have opted in to.
5. Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. ReviewMD LLC (DBA: GoogleReviewMD) does not charge a fee for the SMS messages themselves.
6. How to Opt Out (STOP)
You may opt out of any SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you've been unsubscribed. After that, you will receive no further SMS messages from that program. Each program (transactional and marketing) can be opted out of independently.

8. Supported Carriers
Major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
9. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued participation in our SMS programs after changes means you accept the updates.
